DISNEYLAND, you are right! What better way to spend a Monday, but at the happiest place on Earth!
We bought annual passes on our last trip in August so we needed to break them in. The passes are only good on weekdays, and since the kids were out of school I thought, why not?!?
My mom and I headed over to Anaheim Sunday evening with the kids, got Olive Garden take out, and settled in to watch the Emmy's. Monday morning we got ourselves ready and headed into the park right when they opened at 10am. We went in between both parks, but spent the majority of our time at CA Adventure.
We went on the new 3D Toy Story ride.
Rode lots of other rides, including a favorite, the carousel.
But the best part...look who Emerson stole a hug from!
(poor Brennan missed her, as he was sound asleep).

What a special treat! Did you hear the good news that they are letting you in for FREE on your bday!! If you have a pass they are giving you a gift card to use inside the park!!
I knew but did want to ruin the surprise for everyone else i am so glad that you have the chance to do this like i did when the boys where young!!! and yes tell miss PAige that i just heard about the free ticket on your birthday!!
