Memorial Day Weekend

Post number two....I am here to try it again!

We had a great Memorial Day weekend. We took a short trip to Big Bear Lake to spend the weekend with the Black's and the Butier's. We really lucked out with beautiful 70 degree weather and a very mellow weekend. Thanks to some family friend's of Tif's we were able to stay in a gorgeous house, complete with "bunk house" for the kids, trampoline, spa, and play equipment. It was wonderful to just hang around and not have to worry about doing laundry or yardwork or whatever seems to occupy our normal weekends. And it was even better to hang out with great friends and share a lot laughs.

The upcoming week should be an easy one, only four days to handle. Just the normal routine this week....Oh last week we had our orientation for Emerson's new preschool. WOW! So much information to take it, but so exciting! They have so many extra activites going on for fun and fundraising of course. Jeff and I are required to volunteer 20 hours total for the year, which shouldn't be too hard with the both of us working at it. The fundraising part might be a little challenging though!

Well, better get us all ready for tomorrow...

Here are a few pictures to share with you all from our Big Bear Weekend.

Have a great week ahead!

Lots of Love,

The Grady Family
